Biography

Why Robert Langer Became An Attorney:

From a tender age, I understood that there are moments in life where we are unable to shield ourselves, needing an advocate to step forward and not just offer aid, but to steer situations towards justice. My personal acquaintance with adversity began in elementary school, where I grappled with the challenges posed by dyslexia, a learning disability that impeded my ability to read, write, and spell.

My path could have been one of endless struggle, had it not been for the formidable advocacy of an attorney very close to my heart – my father, Steve Langer. Amidst predictions of a future devoid of an education, it was his unwavering belief and persistent advocacy that altered my trajectory, helping to find alternate solutions that accommodated my unique learning style. This journey not only saw me defy the odds to graduate high school but fueled a passionate resolve within me.

Inspired by my personal journey and the unyielding support I received, I resolved to help others in situations where they often feel helpless. My aspiration blossomed into a steadfast commitment to championing the rights and voices of those unable to do so themselves.

Today, as an attorney, I represent patients and their loved ones who have endured harm due to medical malpractice. My practice extends to fighting tirelessly for individuals who have been victims of road accidents, involving cars and trucks, ensuring that justice isn’t just served but seen to be served, echoing the empathy, determination, and spirit of advocacy instilled in me by my father.

Not Only Winning For My Clients:

In my quest for justice, I draw parallels from my ardent involvement in the fiercely competitive and highly disciplined world of triathlon racing. This multi-discipline sport, comprising relentless segments of swimming, cycling, and running, demands more than just physical stamina; it seeks a harmonious symphony of perseverance, agility, and a mind that can see beyond the pain to the finish line.

Competing rigorously in triathlons doesn’t just satisfy a personal ambition to constantly outdo my previous benchmarks; it forms an integral canvas of my life, providing a vital outlet to rejuvenate my mind and body. Each day, as I plunge into the water, pedal tirelessly, or pound the pavement, I am not just training for a race; I am honing a mindset that cherishes resilience, embraces the joy in endurance, and fosters a camaraderie that goes beyond just encouraging fellow racers.

The philosophies nurtured in racing have seamlessly woven themselves into my professional ethos. My journey in the triathlon world, graced with the honors of representing Team USA in the Triathlon Age Group World Championships and consistently ranking in the top of my age group nationally, mirrors my commitment to my clients: a promise of relentless pursuit, an embrace of the journey with all its hardships, and a pledge to cross the finish line with grace, dignity, and unmatched determination to succeed.
