Tara M. Wozniak represents people who have been injured due to the negligence of others from medical malpractice, motor vehicle crashes, defective products, traumatic brain injuries, wrongful death, and other negligent conduct.

Ms. Wozniak was born in Michigan City, Indiana on August 3, 1980 and is a 2005 graduate of the Valparaiso University School of Law. During law school, she served as Chairperson for the Valparaiso University Mock Trial Team and received course honors in Trial Practice & Professional Ethics. She received her Bachelors of Science degree in Public Health from Indiana University, Bloomington in 2002. Ms. Wozniak served as Coach of the Valparaiso University Mock Trial Team from 2005-2006.

Tara M. Wozniak volunteers through Indianapolis Big Brothers Big Sisters as a "Big Sister" and has participated in the Indianapolis Bar Association's "Ask a Lawyer Program" and "Why Lincoln was a Lawyer Program."
