Indianapolis, IN (April 28, 2026) – A man is dead after a semi-truck and a sedan collided on the northwest side of Indianapolis on Tuesday afternoon, according to authorities.
Officers with the Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department were dispatched around 12:50 p.m. to the 5400 block of Guion Road following reports of a serious crash. Upon arrival, officers found that the collision had occurred near the intersection of West 54th Street and Guion Road.
